I returned to work this week!
A new job, 3 days a week and I like it so far.
I am going to love this new routine (Wednesday and Friday off) but the mornings are hectic.
I overslept on Monday morning... (note to self: turn volume UP on alarm clock!)... so that was interesting. But we did it, got me to work on time and other than that it was a good day.
Connor is adjusting pretty well. Sleeping, eating and playing but when he sees me at the end of the day, he's clapping his hands madly.... wanting, "more milk, more milk"... (Yes I'm still breastfeeding, he's finding solid foods more work than breast milk, he likes breast milk best!).
Kai is the only one who's days haven't changed a lot. He was tired though and undressed himself both Monday and Tuesday mornings after Jeff fully dressed him... it was eventful.
Jeff is "loving" his new mornings... he has to attend to everyone now instead of just himself. The best is watching him wrestle the kids and all the bags into the car and then start dropping people off, one by one until he can finally drive across the city to his work! we still have some "logistics" to work out.
But for me...tomorrow's my last day of the week and that, I love!
