Well it's official. We've hang up the trailer keys for this year. We put him into hibernation for the year.
It feels bitter sweet.
I love not having it in the driveway, tainting our curb appeal but it's so hard to accept that the warm weather, camping days and summer are over for this year.
Last weekend we cleaned it out, winterized and hooked it up to the car one last time to drive to its winter storage for the year.
We can't wait to get it out again next summer. Connor will be older and hopefully sleeping soundly, Kai will be even more interested in helping out with the trailer and we already have a list as long as my arm of places to explore.
So here's a formal cheers to a great first season of camping with the House of Q!
